GRAPHINSULATE™ Fill is a graphene-aerogel insulation fill combining graphene fibre, recycled aerogel fibre and recycled polyester. Available in 30g, 80g, 120g and 150g options, the family is designed for lightweight thermal systems across apparel, accessories and sleeping applications
What it does.
Aerogel-rich fibre structure creates trapped-air insulation with low bulk
Includes 40% recycled aerogel fibre and 30% recycled polyester
30g / 80g / 120g / 150g options support different insulation levels and product categories
The mechanism.
Aerogel fibres create highly porous structures that trap air and slow heat transfer, while graphene-integrated fibres add thermal and antibacterial functions within the fill. Multiple weights allow the same insulation family to be tuned for different product needs
